This year, a new award category was added to the BC Hydro Power Smart Excellence Awards roster to recognize individuals who have shown leadership instilling a conservation ethic within their organization. These individuals embody a conservation philosophy, even though their main role in a commercial, industrial, or government organization is not energy management.
Eligibility for Nomination
Finalists are individuals from organizations located throughout British Columbia. They are employees of the organization - not consultants - and were involved with an energy conservation campaign within the January to December 2007 calendar year.
