Dockside Green, a planned community in Victoria, is taking a revolutionary approach to development, integrating energy, water and resource management. This will incorporate an integrated energy system that includes heating from renewable biomass energy, district heating distribution and heat recovery, and a wastewater treatment and sewage heat recovery system. They are targeting LEED Platinum certification.
